Run Your City 2025

Every year, the streets of Sewickley fill with energy as families walk, jog, and run the Sundae5K together—a celebration of movement, community, and that big, joy-filled bubble finish.

At Bag+Barre, we believe in moving for something bigger than just a finish line. We move for ourselves, for our health, and for the people beside us. That’s why we created Run Your City—a 4-week challenge leading up to race day, designed to help us prepare together.

We pair up not just to stay accountable—but to remind each other that we’re not meant to do this life alone. Because if you want to go far, you go with someone else.

This challenge is about showing up, mile after mile, hand in hand with a friend, a partner, or a new buddy from class. It’s about building strength in our legs and our relationships—inside and outside the gym.

Let’s run our city

Nope! You and your teammate can log miles separately. Just make sure both of you are submitting your screenshots so we can track the total.
